Community Priority Monthly Update

Alert message sent 31/08/2021 19:31:00

Information sent on behalf of Hampshire Constabulary

Good Evening,

We wanted to update you on our current Community Priority, Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) in open spaces.

The past month has seen three such reports of ASB in the Hart North Rural area. Each report has been overlooked and any investigative opportunities explored. We also continue to gather valuable intelligence which directs our patrols and allows us to be in the right area at the right time.

We have been ensuring there is a policing presence within open space areas particularly in the evenings and around the weekends. This has provided us with the opportunity to engage with any persons present and ensure they are aware of the current concerns and acceptable levels of behaviour.

Going forward, we will continue with these patrols and seek to speak with people at every opportunity. We will further look for any patterns in offending behaviour and locations.

Please continue to report your concerns to us. You can do this online, via our website, www.hampshire.police.uk, or by calling the non emergency number, 101. If you suspect a crime is in progress or you are fearing for your or anyone else's safety, please call 999.
