Appeal for witnesses and information following damage to Queen Alexandra Hospital bus

We are appealing for witnesses and information following an incident that took place on Friday (January 15), in which the Queen Alexandra Park & Ride bus had objects thrown at it.

We received a report on Tuesday 19 January that the bus had sustained criminal damage on Friday 15 January at 4.35pm.

It was reported to us that the Queen Alexandra Park & Ride bus was travelling on Portsdown Hill Road when an object was thrown at it, causing damage to the nearside window.

Officers are currently following all lines of enquiry available in order to establish the circumstances of the incident.

We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen what happened.
