Theft of Bronze Statue

Alert message sent 13/04/2020 07:27:00

Information sent on behalf of Hampshire Constabulary

Dear all
Overnight of April 10th and 11th 2020, a life size bronze statue of a Boxer dog was stolen from the garden of a house in Basingstoke Road, Cliddesden. The statue was of a family pet and its disappearance has caused the family considerable upset. We believe the theft may have happened about 05:30 am when local dogs were heard barking. I ask if you live in that area if you could please check any CCTV you may have for that night period. Likewise if travelling through Cliddesden if you saw anything unusual please call 101 or crime stoppers on 0800.555111 and quote crime reference 44200130600.
Thank you
Andrew Reid
Police Constable
