Witness appeal made in Liss robbery investigation

We are investigating following a report of a robbery in Liss.

The incident took place sometime between 3.15pm and 3.40pm on Tuesday 17 March, at the playing fields behind the school site in Hill Brow Road.

It was reported that a 30-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl were approached by three people who demanded money from them.

The man was assaulted and sustained a minor facial injury.

As part of our enquiries, three people were arrested on suspicion of robbery.

An 18-year-old man has been released from custody but remains under investigation.

A 17-year-old boy has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

A second 17-year-old boy was released with no further action.

We are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident, or who has any other information that could help our enquiries.
