Scams and Fraud

Alert message sent 31/01/2019 21:04:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

Dear NW Colleague,
I’m sure you are aware of the increasing number of scams and frauds we hear about  - designed to catch out the unwary!
We propose to support NW coordinators  with regular and  simple reminders about these scams.
We don’t apologise for repeating these warning -  the number of people still getting caught is really alarming.

Please make every effort to get these messages out to all Coordinators – and remind them it’s their role to spread the word to all their scheme members.
We are all vulnerable to these scams  - as you see from this first example

Kind regards
Bob Combes
Chairman - Hampshire Neighbourhood Watch Association
