Importance of reporting ASB

Good afternoon,

You are receiving this email because you have indicated that Anti Social Behaviour is a priority for you.  With the arrival of some sunny weather, and warmer temperatures due, I thought it was a good opportunity to highlight the importance of when / how to report incidents of ASB to us.

I am aware that residents often rely upon one person to report on their behalf; what this doesn't allow us to see is how far spread a problem is, or how many residents it is impacting.  Should you be unfortunate enough to suffer from any ASB as our summer arrives and continues, please can I ask that you individually report the incident at the time / or as close to the time as possible.  This information is really important to allow us to see where the problems are, how frequent they are, how many people they are affecting, and whether there are any time / date patterns to assist us in targeting the areas.

Reports can be made via:

999- for emergencies

101 or online for non emergencies- I am frequently told that online reporting is best for non emergency situations.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to let me know, and if you have found this email useful, please let me know by using the indicator response buttons below.  Many thanks.

Kind Regards

Annette
